Home sick

I am home with Charlotte today. Her fever just won't go away and this morning she woke up with a 103.3* fever!! I put a call into her doctor's office and we see him later this afternoon. I am so worried she has pneumonia. :( She had it last year and this is sort of the same course it took, but she's never had croup.
I hate when she's sick.
